Where Recovery and Community Come Together
The Collective is a unified campus where two independent organizations, the Community Resouce Collective (nonprofit) and The Recovery Collective (for-profit), work side-by-side to support individuals and families on their recovery journey.
Our Ecosystem
Two Organizations. One Coordinated Mission.
TRC
The Recovery Collective is a for‑profit recovery support organization located on The Collective campus, offering structured sober living, professional consulting, harm‑reduction services, and recovery‑focused training and education. TRC provides stable, accountable housing environments alongside specialized support designed to strengthen recovery systems, improve outcomes, and equip individuals and organizations with practical tools for long‑term success. Residents and partners benefit from TRC’s structured approach and on‑campus access to CRC’s nonprofit resources, creating a connected pathway toward stability and growth.
The CRC
The Community Resource Collective is an independent nonprofit community hub located on The Collective campus, providing stabilization, peer support, and resource navigation for individuals and families facing crisis. CRC helps people move from vulnerability to stability through community‑based programs, recovery and mental health coordination, housing navigation, and basic‑needs assistance.
Safe Tonight Shelter
The CRC’s emergency, short‑term shelter program providing a safe place to sleep, essential needs, and immediate stabilization for individuals experiencing homelessness or crisis. Located off‑site from the main Collective campus, the shelter offers a secure environment while connecting guests to CRC’s broader support system, including housing navigation, peer support, and recovery‑focused resources.
Our Mission
We believe recovery is strengthened through community, stability, and access to resources. The Collective brings these elements together under one campus.
